The
Fisher's Creek Neighborhood Association (FCNA)
currently represents nearly 1,000 homes, and is
officially recognized by the City of Vancouver.
It is the political and social component the
neighborhood.
Many
often confuse it with their homeowner's
association (HOA), which is typically
responsible for maintaining common areas,
approving
architectural changes, and other activities.
Unlike an HOA, residents
do
not
pay dues to the FCNA.
Your
participation in shaping the area you live in is
important, as Vancouver's continued growth will
have a significant impact on our future. |
